5. A new side window will open. As you’ll notice, there are 4 tabs that would allow you to do the following: – Select the App that you’ll be using. We’ve set this one to TimelinesAI for this example. – The Account to be used and connected – To test the automation Click on “Event”

9. A new window will then open allowing you to connect your Microsoft Dynamics 365 account by entering your Dynamics Domain, which can be found on your Microsoft Dynamics 365 account.

15. Upon clicking on “Sign In”, a new window will open allowing you to connect your TimelinesAI account. You can paste the token you previously copied earlier on the textbox as shown below.

16. After successfully connecting your accounts, you can proceed in testing out your triggers to ensure that your automated message flows smoothly. When you’re ready, turn on your Zap and see your automation process operate seamlessly on autopilot!
