– The Account to be used and connected

Click on the dropdown button under “Event”

6. Here, type in and select “Updated Contact”

7. Next, click on “Account”

8. Click on “Sign in”

9. A new window will then open allowing you to connect your Microsoft Dynamics 365 account by entering your Dynamics Domain, which can be found on your Microsoft Dynamics 365 account.

10. Next, click on “Action”

13. A new side window will open, from there click on the dropdown button under Event and type and select “Send Message to new Chat”

14. Next, click on “Account”

15. Upon clicking on “Sign In”, a new window will open allowing you to connect your TimelinesAI account. You can paste the token you previously copied earlier on the textbox as shown below.
