How to Filter and View Won Deals in Pipedrive?

In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to filter and view won deals easily in Pipedrive.

  1. On the left-hand menu, click on the “Deals” tab to open the Deals page.
  2. Locate and select the deal you want to mark as won. You can use the search bar or browse through the stages of your pipeline to find the required deal.
  3. Once inside the deal’s detailed view, look for a button labeled “Won.” Click it.
  4. Return to your dashboard to confirm the deal is marked as won. The selected deal will no longer appear in the Deals dashboard.
  5. To view your Won deals, click on the “Filters” dropdown menu.
  6. Choose the pre-built filter option for “All won deals” from the dropdown menu.
  7. After selecting the filter, Pipedrive will show you all deals that have been marked as won.

Note: You can also use the search bar to quickly find specific won or lost deals by typing in the title or even a partial title. This is especially helpful when you need to locate a particular deal without filtering the entire pipeline.
